A Different Perspective on Sexuality

I see sexuality as far more than reproduction, anatomy, or risk prevention.

Sexuality is one of the ways life expresses itself.

It is creativity, connection, desire, curiosity, intimacy, vulnerability, and self-discovery.

It is influenced by biology, but also by culture, relationships, family systems, social expectations, and personal history.

I believe that developing a conscious relationship with our sexuality can become a pathway toward deeper self-knowledge, authenticity, intimacy, integrity, and personal growth.

The goal is not to tell people how they should live.

The goal is to help them understand themselves well enough to make conscious choices that align with their values.
